Senator Takubo moved to amend the amendment on page two, section three-ss, after the words “until 1:00 p. m.” by striking out the following: If prior to July 1, 2019, a county commission had voted against 10:00 a.m. on premises sale, then notwithstanding this section, on premises sales of nonintoxicating beer, wine, and alcoholic liquors shall not begin until 1:00 p.m.
